WHYME

Make a Difference

Help Us Reduce Breast Cancer Risk in Northern Ohio.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women in Ohio, accounting for 29% of all new invasive female cancers . We all know someone who has been impacted by cancer, and we can all do something to combat these numbers.

After our founder completed her breast cancer treatment with a clean bill of health, we started this non-profit to support others through their cancer journey, starting with prevention. Our mission is to reduce the risk of breast cancer in Huron County, Ohio, through education and support.

Donate to Our Cause!

All the funds we raise stay in Northern Ohio, to benefit local patients who need care, support, and we offer education to reduce recurrence risk.

Let’s Reshape Breast Cancer Statistics

Nearly 100% of Ohio women diagnosed with early stage breast cancer will survive at least 5 years, thanks to the treatment options available today. Unfortunately, once breast cancer spreads to other organs, only 30% of women survive 5 years.

Regular mammograms are key to finding breast cancer early enough to effectively treat it. Along with our community healthcare partners, we’re helping women get access to mammograms in Huron County, Ohio, along with other lifesaving cancer screening and treatment services.
